We return briefly for 2011 with an exclusive one-on-one talk with Dato' Seri Idris Jala (DSIJ). DSIJ is a Minister without Portfolio in the Prime Minister's Department and more widely known as the CEO for Pemandu. DSIJ took some time off to honour our persistent requests and let us in on the progress of the lesser-known Ministerial Key Result Areas (MKRA). He also touched on the ETP's role in achieving a better future for Malaysia and enlightened us on the details of Communications Content and Infrastructure part of the Economic Transformation Programme (ETP). Pemandu (Performance Management & Delivery Unit) is a unit under the Prime Minister's Department that oversees the implementation, assesses the progress, facilitates as well as supports the delivery and drives the progress of the Government Transformation Programme (GTP) and the ETP.
